St Cuthbert’s is a church within the Diocese of Edinburgh of the Scottish Episcopal Church.  The Scottish Episcopal Church is a member of the Anglican Communion.

St Cuthbert’s serves Colinton and also reaches out into neighbouring communities. It endeavours to be a community in which all are encouraged to participate in worshipping God and serving the wider community.

It welcomes those who are doubters and sceptics as well as those who are committed in faith, and has a concern for those who have been hurt by their experiences of life.

COVID-19  No Services in Church  It is with sadness that our church building is closed for the time being, but our people continue to meet virtually.  Details of online services will be posted at: https://www.scotland.anglican.org/coronavirus-updates/

If you need to speak to a priest you can contact our Rector on 0131 441 7580.

On 17th March Nicki wrote to the Congregation. A copy of her letter can be found here.  She also wrote: “In this time of unrest and isolation for some, when Communion cannot be shared, I offer you  prayers to be used each day at noon, for the community of St. Cuthbert’s to be united in prayer and love”. See Prayers We do however, want to keep in touch as best we can, therefore the weekly Sunday Order of Service will be prepared in the usual way, together with the Reflection and Intercessions.
