An Invitation to Prayer.

Join us on Wednesday 27 February at 9.30am in the choir stalls to pray for the life, work and witness of our church.


Please remember that next Sunday we will be collecting for the Foodbank in Wester Hailes. All items of non perishable food much appreciated. Thank you.

‘Return and Rest’, meets every Wednesday evening, 7.30pm-8.30pm, in church and as the name implies, the purpose is for us to repeatedly return to the presence of God, to be refreshed, rested and restored. Each evening stands alone, and people are welcome to join us, either on a regular basis or whenever busy schedules allow. For further information, please contact: Wendy Pearson or Elaine Fyfe.


“Enhancing Colinton’s Heritage – A Public Art Project in the Heart of Colinton Village, Edinburgh”. This exhibition, provided by the Colinton Community Conservation Trus, ,is on dosplay here in church in the South Transept until Monday 25 February.

Weekly Prayer.

Lord, you have taught us that the world is yours and those who dwell in it. Here us therefore as we pray for the life of the world ; that every nation may seek the way that leads to peace; that human rights and freedom may everywhere be respected ; and that the earth’s resources may be ungrudgingly shared among all people. We ask this through Jesus Christ  our Lord. Amen.
